Valet Trailer Service

 

     The Boat House Marina provides a Valet Trailer Service to guests of the Coral Lagoon for a small fee. Our ramp and storage area are not open to the general public.  

     The service provided starts with trailer check-in. At this time we will get your contact and credit card information for ramp and storage fees.  We will then assist you at the ramp and take your trailer after the boat is launched.  The marina crew will give the trailer a freshwater rinse and store it for your stay.  

     When it is time for you to check out, please stop by the Dockmaster’s office or call the office to schedule a time to use the ramp. The crew will place your trailer down by the ramp so you can hook up and be ready to load the boat on your trailer.  After you are loaded, you can pull forward and use a hose we provide to quickly flush your engines and rinse the brakes and axles.

Ramp hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm Daily

(You may arrive anytime between 8:00am-4:30pm to launch regardless of your villa check in time)

Storage fee if staying at Coral Lagoon $30.00

Public rates (non-CL renters) $35.00

Ramp use if staying at Coral Lagoon (each use of ramp) $15.00

Public rates (non-CL renters) $20.00

Owners are not charged a ramp fee for their personal vessels.

Boat 28' maximum LOA to use ramp

Storage fee with boat on trailer (overnight) $60.00

These fees are not included in the cost of the villa.
